Our Vision

Kruckeberg Industries’ (KI) expansion into value added aftermarket product lines and companies leverages KI’s core competencies in two ways. Firstly, the strong coast-to-coast distributor network currently in place can now add new quality products to its portfolio. Secondly, the aftermarket is still fragmented and undercapitalized. This situation presents a great opportunity to combine fractions in this industry and sell under a strong brand model, reducing operating expenses across a consolidated base.

To this end we are actively seeking holdings in the heavy-duty trucking aftermarket parts industry. Specifically, we are focusing on class 5, 6, 7, and 8 trucks and trailers. Sellers who truly care about their businesses have a better choice with KI than private equity markets as we really care about the business and brands versus private equity focused leveraged buy-outs.
